5 foods for a healthier and softer skin

Milk is known for contributing to acne and clogging your skins’ pore. However, a moderated consumption of yogurt can help you actually improve it. This aliment has lots of vitamin A, calcium and protein, which are essential to give you a clear and smooth skin. But avoid the high sugar yogurts! They’re bad for you!
